The molino de Losacio seek the perfect fusion between techniques and classic recipes of Zamora gastronomy with touches of innovation. We try to recover the culinary traditions of our land through the use of systems of preparation almost lost as the use of Portuguese pot to grilled.

Most of our proposals are based on those "wonderful recipes of grandmother" whose mystery was undoubtedly a careful selection of products quality, time, dedication, and above all, love.

To ensure the quality of our products we supply from our own Orchard, from local suppliers and we use meat from our own livestock beef raised in an extensive estate of 140 hectares.
